Marriage Ministry: Our mission is to connect couples who desire to develop closer relationships through on going Bible studies, special events and out reach opportunities while celebrating God’s words as the center of it all.
Cursillo: Cursillo is a three-day learning, sharing, inspirational experience of living in a Christian community. Its purpose is to help those in the church understand their individual callings to be Christian Leaders.
Men’s & Women Retreat: It is a three-day retreat, sharing, inspirational experience of living in a Christian community for men and women in our community
Altar & Rosary Society: Th e mission of the Altar & Rosary Society is to share our love of God and devotion to Mary, His Mother, and to work for the proper care and adornment of the Altar. Th e ARS is currently made up of 8 Guilds (groups of parishioners) who meet montly to pray the rosary and take turns cleaning and assisting in the daily upkeep and maintenance of the Altar & Sacristy. Each Guild chooses a Prefect (representative) and meets once a month and makes plans for prayerful action. Th e ARS Board and prefects also meet once a month. Each Prefect informs her guild about upcoming events and about the schedule to clean the Altar and Sacristy. We provide for the weekly fl owers, priests’ vestments, altar linens, hanging panels, etc. We are also able to sponsor and participate in various fundraising events for the benefi t of many diff erent groups in St. Rose of Lima Parish.
